How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Hittingkicked Heating & Air wants every homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Hittingkicked Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something is wrong with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell Hittingkicked Heating & Air too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Hittingkicked Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@hittingkicked.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Hittingkicked Heating & Air or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

Hittingkicked Heating & Air will confirm by email that it received your complaint. Then it looks into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, you get a reply explaining what was found and any steps being taken.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If the reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask for another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help as well.
